Refunds On Clothing
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please send us a photo of the issue by email to email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the issue to us within this 72 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is at our sole discretion.
Refunds On Other Physical Products
These products are sold as is. If for any reason your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or missing, email us proof of your original purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the issue and we will replace the product or refund the purchase price. Once products are used in your lawn or landscape, returns will not be accepted.
