Seeding Rates: 8-10 pounds per 1,000 square feet for new lawns. For overseeding existing turf seed 6-10 pounds per 1,000 square feet.

Triad Tall Fescue: Extremely dark green with excellent traffic stress and wear tolerance. Gray leaf spot and brown patch resistant. High NTEP ratings in a wide range of categories and included on the “Virginia/Maryland” list, further showing it is a cut above.

Traverse 2 SRP Tall Fescue: Compact, dense, disease resistant. Blends well with Kentucky Bluegrass. Top performer in NTEP trials for turf quality.

4th Millennium SRP Tall Fescue:  Outstanding variety with excellent density, color and brown patch disease resistance.  Was rated the highest in NTEP trial for overall turf quality.

Full Moon Kentucky Bluegrass: Hybrid bluegrass that features a rich dark green color with medium-fine leaf texture.  It is also TWCA qualified for increased drought resistance and is ideal for blending with other bluegrasses.
