Seeding Rates: 6-8 pounds per 1,000 square feet for new lawns. For overseeding existing turf seed 5-6 pounds per 1,000 square feet.

Establishment: 5-21 days under optimum temperature range between 68-86 degrees. First limited use approximately 28 days after emergence.

Cardinal II Strong Creeping Red Fescue: Excellent color and maintains its quality when mowed at various heights including no-mow conditions. Unparalleled disease resistance and is highly wear-tolerant.
Heathland Chewings Fescue: Latest generation of fine leaf fescue with low maintenance requirements, resistance to disease and good drought tolerance.  It performs well in high shade situations.

Nanook Hard Fescue: Dark green, very dense with excellent wear tolerance. High NTEP ratings in several turf categories and an A-List rating for low input sustainable turf grass. Extremely shade tolerant with great disease resistance and remarkable drought tolerance.  TWCA qualified.

Pangea GLR Perennial Ryegrass: Outstanding variety with excellent color and grey leaf spot disease resistance. Fast establishment (seedling vigor). Was rated highest in NTEP trial for overall turf quality.  

Full Moon Kentucky Bluegrass: Hybrid bluegrass that features a rich dark green color with medium-fine leaf texture.  It is also TWCA qualified for increased drought resistance and is ideal for blending with other bluegrasses.
